Now That I Know Better, I Do Better

One of my all-time favorite quotes is, “I did then what I knew how to do. Now that I know better, I do better.” Dr. Maya Angelou, a renowned American author and poet, was the writer of these wise words.  I can think of multiple instances where the words of Dr. Angelou ring true. If only I had known then what I know now. But at the time, with the information available to me, I thought I was making the best decision.
